Join our Summer Seaside Wine tasting train for a very special trip aboard our beautifully restored dining train. Be treated to a prestigious five course meal, made using locally sourced ingredients and created especially for you by our chef, paired together with personally picked wines from our sommelier whom will be aboard with us during the trip to talk you through each wine served with your meal.
Treat a loved one to a very special one off evening with us aboard a steam train passing through the wonderful Purbeck hills whilst being treated to a wonderful memorable meal. You’ll also have the opportunity to purchase your favourite bottle of wine or two at the end of the evening.

Summer Garden Soup
(Served with a glass of Langham Estate Classic Cuvee, an award winning Sparkling dry Dorset Wine)
Beetroot Cured Salmon Gravlax
(Served with Picpoul de Pinet, a light refreshing wine from the Le Sud region, cheeky and full of fun)
Boeuf Bordelaise, slow cooked beef in a rich red wine and shallot sauce served with Parmentier potatoes and seasonal garden vegetables (Served with a glass of Goyenchea Malbec, a deep red wine of some complexity with a subtle integration of oak and a silky finish)
Tart au Citron, served with Chantilly cream (Served with a glass of Sauternes dessert wine, a full bodied sweet wine with notes of apricot, honey and peaches)
A Selection of Local Cheeses and biscuits Coastal Cheddar, a rugged and mature cheese rich and intense flavour with a sweet top note. Dorset Red, mellow smoky flavour cold smoked over oak Dorset Blue Vinny, a crumbly cheese veined with blue, creamy in flavour with a mellow blue taste (Served with a glass of rich fruity Krohn Port)
