Meet Father Christmas at Swanage Pier!
Father Christmas’s merry elves will greet you and you will be handed some special notepaper on which you can write your letter and post it in our magical post box, before meeting the big man himself!
All children receive a small gift.
December is Father Christmas’s busiest time of the year, so he is only available for various time slots on the following dates.. Saturday 10th – Sunday 11th December, Wednesday 14th December, Friday 16th December until – Friday 23rd December
Tickets £6.00 (children under 2 free when accompanied by a paying child)

Saturday the 10th of December
Christmas Entertainment from 15:00 with Juggling Jack Frost, dazzling everyone with his light juggling display along with meeting the interactive Christmas Tree!
Local Vocals – 12:00 & 14:00. A fun and friendly harmony singing choir with branches all over Dorset. Their repertoire includes songs from around the world, pop, folk and jazz – anything with lovely harmonies to get your toes tapping.
Karen Grant – 15.30. Local singer who will be singing classic Christmas favourites to get you in the mood for the festive season.
Friday 16th December
Christmastide Songs from the Mayday Singers at 16.00. A chamber choir from Langton Matravers, who perform a wide range of different musical styles.
Saturday 17th December
Christmas Donkeys from 11.00am – 16.00. Santa’s Christmas Donkeys will be on the Pier for you to come and meet, adding a little bit of festive magic.
Juggling Jack Frost from 15.00. Christmas entertainment with Juggling Jack Frost, dazzling everyone with his light juggling display.
Purbeck Ukulele Group – 12.30. Purbeck U3A Ukuleles are a group of joyous people of mixed abilities all wanting to play the ukulele.
Purbeck Youth Choir – 15.30. Purbeck Youth Choir, is a group of inspiring young people who love to sing.
Kelp! Shantyman – 16.30. Swanage’s premier sea shanty group, singing shanties to anyone who gets too close. Kelp! have been entertaining the people of Purbeck for several years, raising money for the RNLI and other charities.
