Salvia Spectacular National Garden Scheme Open

‘Salvia Spectacular’ at Careys Secret Garden this September!

Hidden amongst the rolling hills of the Isle of Purbeck sits a 3.5 acre garden straight from the story books! This beautiful walled plot was left wild and untamed for over 40 years.
Then, in 2019 under new ownership, the incredible transformation began to breathe new life into the gardens. Careys has been carefully curated with permaculture projects sitting alongside wildlife areas, with interesting and unusual plants running parallel with nature-based workshops.

It’s a truly enchanting space to come and explore, and on September 27th Careys Secret Garden is hosting a ‘Salvia Spectacular’ in collaboration with the National Garden Scheme.

View a stunning display of late flowering salvias and chat with the Head Gardener about his superb collection. Funds raised from admission will go directly to the National Garden Scheme Charity.
