Dorset Blind Association Motor Show at Lulworth Castle

The South’s most picturesque automotive event

Prestigious Dorset Blind Association Motor Show returns to Lulworth Castle!

2022 sees a welcome return for the South’s most picturesque automotive event. Hosted by Dorset Blind Association at Lulworth Castle, sponsored by Hendy Group, the standout motor event in the Dorset calendar takes place on Sunday 18th September.

Owners of classic & sports cars, motorbikes and all types of motor vehicles are invited to join the exclusive event, which returns to Lulworth Castle for its 6th year, after two years of postponement due to the pandemic.

As the only Motor Show held on the Lulworth Estate, this unique event is extremely popular with the public and car owners alike, selling out year after year. In 2019, there were over 200 cars on display. Around 3,500 members of the general public attended, raising awareness and vital funds to help the charity support the blind and partially sighted people across Dorset.

A family fun day out

Classic, sport and supercar owners are invited to join this prestigious event. Kicking off with a 20-mile ‘Dorset Tour’, car enthusiasts will take to the roads of Dorset at 10:30 am, touring the beautiful local countryside returning to the Lulworth estate to join the majestic Castle showground display. The showground will be open, free of charge, to the general public from 11:00 am, offering a family fun day with live entertainment, kids’ fun area, food stalls, beer tent
and local craft stalls.

Do you own a classic, sports or other motor vehicle and would like to be part of the Dorset tour and showground display? Entry is only £12 per person, including tour entry and route information, showground display, breakfast roll and hot drink at registration and exclusive entry to Lulworth Castle. Registration opens at 9:00 am, with the tour embarking at 10.30 am but booking in advance is essential.
